Crew is a 6-week habit and behavior coaching app. If you need help with your account, your subscription, or something in the app isn't working, you're in the right place.

Email support@trycrew.fit. Please include:
- Your account phone number or email (so we can find your record)
- The iOS version and your iPhone model
- A short description of what you were doing when the problem happened
- A screenshot if you have one
Manage your subscription
Crew subscriptions are handled by Apple. To view, change, or cancel your subscription:
- Open the iPhone Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Find Crew in the list.

Refunds
Refunds are issued by Apple directly. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Delete your account
You can delete your Crew account at any time inside the app. Open Profile → Account → Delete Account. Your data is anonymized immediately and permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period (this lets you recover if you change your mind).
Common issues
I can't receive the SMS verification code.
Check that your phone has cell signal and the number is entered with the correct country code. Some carriers add a delay. Tap Resend after 60 seconds. If it still doesn't arrive, email us with your phone number and we'll help.
The app crashes on launch.
Force-quit Crew, then reopen. If it still crashes, restart your iPhone. If the crash persists, email us with your iPhone model + iOS version and we'll investigate.
My subscription was charged but the app shows as free.
Tap Restore Purchases on the paywall (Profile → Billing). This re-checks your Apple receipt. If the entitlement still doesn't appear, email us with your Apple ID email and we'll resolve it.
I can't sign in after switching phones.
Your account is tied to your phone number. Enter the same number on the new device and verify with the SMS code. If you've also changed your phone number, email us with both old and new numbers so we can recover your account.
Response times
We aim to respond within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Weekend emails may take longer. Urgent payment or account-access issues are prioritized.
