  1. The app

    Crew is on the App Store, free to download.

  2. Your account

    It asks two questions — which days you train, and how long you’ve been training. Your week is built from there.

  3. Your invite code

    Invited by a friend? Their code goes into “I have an invite” on the app’s first screen, and you land in their crew.
